JOE'S POND COOKBOOK

By the friends of Joe's Pond

This one of a kind cookbook has been carefully compiled by a dedicated group of women at Joe's Pond. It contains 500 recipes and notations from about 300 Joe's Ponders and friends of Joe's Pond. Each section has a divider designed by a local artist, Evelyn Richer, who also did the general layout of the book. There are many pictures, old and new, donated by historians of the area. The outside and inside cover photographs are by wildlife photographer, Ray Richer. You will find the expected - many wonderful time- and taste-tested recipes in this book; and you will also find the unexpected - bits of history and photos that will bring you back to it again and again. You'll want a copy for your kitchen AND for your coffee table. Contact:
