The April 20th Dinner
We are expanding our inspired dinner experiences to hopefully accomodate a few more people. Our next inspired dinner will be at
the Mills - Splain house on Joe's pond on April 20, at 6:00 pm. The subject movie is our inspiration for this menu and we have
a guest chef who is experienced in cooking indian specialties. The only change to these dinners is if you wish to have wine
with dinner please bring it along. Our guest chef is offereing the following menu:
Chicken Tikka Masala
Fish Curry with Rice Noodles
Cauliflower, Eggplant and Green Bean Korma (vegetarian opton)
Mango Chutney
Tomato Chutney
Raita
Indian Rice
Nan
Saffron Rose Ice Cream
