The JPA would like to dedicate this new website to the memory of the late Fred Brown.  Fred was the creator and webmaster of the original website.  He was the classic, unsung hero with his efficient, effective, gracious, and  low-key manner in giving his unwavering support to the Joe's Pond Association.  Thank you, Fred.
