Pavilion available for rental from May 15 to September 30. Rental only to JPA members in good standing.
Dimensions of pavilion:
     Main area: 42 feet wide (north/south) x 52 feet long (east/west)
     Front addition (west end): 13 feet wide (east/west) x 30 feet long (north/south)
Rental includes:
     • Up to 14 round tables, diameter 5 feet (each  table can seat 6 - 8 people comfortably)
     • Up to 22 rectangular tables, 8 x 2-1/2 feet (each table can seat 8 - 10 people comfortably)
     • Up to 250 chairs
     • Weatherproof side curtains 
     • Ceiling fans if needed
     • Outdoor charcoal barbecue and a gas grill (bring your own propane tank)
     • Potable water
​Also available for rental:
     • Use of kitchen with two large refrigerator/freezers (no ice maker) and two gas stoves with ovens and surface burners
     • Parking only 
     • Grounds rental only
Your responsibilities:
     • Bring your own table coverings, serving dishes and all other tableware
     • Clean up after your rental, leaving the pavilion as you found it
     • Remove your garbage
